The staff was accommodating, especially with our large family, and the cleanliness of our room was excellent. We enjoyed the evening cookies they offered. The nearby restaurants and accessibility to local attractions.
My kids wished for more fresh breakfast options.

I loved the cozy little kitchen and the comfy couch in my room. It. The fire pit outside was great for evening hangouts, and we also enjoyed chilling in the leisure room. The sliding bathroom door didn't close properly, but it didn't sour our overall experience 😊

Great rates compared to other hotels
Requested non smoking room. Was told only 4 rooms in hotel non smoking and couldn't move me. It was almost unbearable. Day of checkout they knocked on door at 7:30 asking what time I was checking out. Then again at 9 and 10. Checkout is noon ....

Breakfast was unexpectedand exceptional as to what i had expected. The room was clean. Staff tried to be helpful.
At 4 am, for reason unknown and unexplained exactly, someone tried to get into our room. He ( we heard his voice) had a card to get in but fortunately we put on the lock and so he could not get into our room. This man tried twice and mumbled something to my boyfriend when he went to the door. Then he mumbled something we couldnt understand and he left. I called the front desk and told them about it. The man at the front desk acknowledged my rewuest that someone should check because i had someone trying to get into my room. He quickly hung up without asking for more details. It was a terrifying experience and I couldnt go back to sleep after that. The next morning, I told the same story to the front desk and similarly, the staff person was unbothered about the fact someone tried to get into our room. Said that she was sorry (she didnt look like she was sorry) and told us that there was a glitch with the sustem and they were checking last night to see if they had the room checked out to someone already. Funny thing was that if it was a staff person who was checking on the room, they should have knocked. Secondly, in the morning, our cards were demagnetized and could not get back into the room. We left wiite bothered about the whole experience. But what can you do. No one was taking responsibility for the incident other than it was a glitch.

Friendly staff and great breakfast, but the entrance is tricky to find.

There was literally nothing at all that I can say I liked.
The rooms are outdated, one elevator was out of service, only two pieces of equipment in the gym were there and one was broken, the shower curtain was ripped and the breakfast was terrible. The eggs were runny, they kept running out of coffee and had to be reminded that more was needed. The bacon had no fat on it at all. The tables in the breakfast area were dirty.

We really enjoyed kayaking and rafting nearby. The room was spacious, clean, and had a full fridge. It's close to highways, restaurants, and shopping. Heads up, breakfast options seemed limited, but there are plenty of places to grab a bite around!

I'd rate the bed a 9 of 10, the shower a 6.5.
Only one of the two elevators worked, and the one that did was iffy. The halls were steamy. The facility seemed like it was run on an austerity budget. I was there 15 nights; the last night I arrived at my room to find it hadn't been cleaned or made.

the eggs were not real eggs
perhaps a larger eating and serving area for breakfast. the popularity caused it to be crowded

missingWrote a review on 21 Septcomfortable beddirty sheetscleanliness issue
The King Studio Suite was spacious and featured a comfortable bed, along with a convenient kitchenette that included a nice-sized fridge, which I appreciated. Although the staff were friendly and the hotel was well-located, I encountered issues when the room was noisy due to traffic and cleanliness was subpar, especially with the sheets provided. Breakfast offered decent options but could use more variety.

The breakfast included was excellent. The entire staff helpful, friendly and courteous.
One of the two elevators was broken. The staff said it was like that for over a month now. The wait time to use it was too long, very inconvenient. I will ask if it is fixed before I book here again.
